To support our continued international growth journey and commercialization, we're now scaling up the finance function and seeking a full-time CFO. To get to know Klimator and learn more about the company, you can visit the company's website. About the RoleAs CFO at Klimator, you'll have a central and business-critical key position. You'll work in close partnership with our CEO Emil Danielsson, the company's board, and the management team with two business owners. Your mandate has two parts: to serve as a strategic compass for our future growth, while also leading and developing an automated, modern, and compliance-driven finance function. Your main areas of responsibility: Financial Management & Stock Market Reporting: Assurance of market communications: Ultimate responsibility for interim reports, financial reporting, and consolidated annual reports in compliance with First North Growth Market listing requirements. Corporate Governance & MAR: Ensure full compliance with insider legislation, market abuse regulation, and financial regulatory law in collaboration with our advisors. Board & Investors: Present to the board and be an active part of the company's Investor Relations (IR). Collaborate with the CEO on potential capital raises and ongoing dialogues with shareholders and analysts. Commercial Acceleration & Scalability: Cash Flow & Liquidity: Optimize cash flow and capital structure to support our international delivery of both SaaS solutions with accompanying hardware. Business Management: Drive work on budgeting, rolling forecasts, pricing models, and strategic analysis of future revenue streams. Hands-On & Leadership: Lead the day-to-day finance function. In a smaller company, this means you easily switch from deep business discussions to actively participating in the company's processes and ensuring details in accounting and consolidation. You're comfortable acting as an unpretentious growth engine and are motivated by building structures from the ground up and have no problem being "hands-on". You have strong communication skills and are skilled at translating complex financial data into simple, strategic insights for both the organization and the stock market. To be qualified for the position, you should have the following background: Academic degree in economics, finance, or accounting. Documented and practical experience with financial reporting and regulatory compliance in a listed environment (e.g., as CFO, Group Controller, or from a qualified audit firm with stock market clients). Strong understanding of Swedish accounting practice, consolidated accounting, and ideally international regulations. Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Experience from software companies (SaaS) or technology-intensive growth environments is strongly meriting. About the EmploymentThis is a direct recruitment where you will be employed by Klimator.
