We are now looking for an administrator who will provide administrative support to both the youth unit and the foster care unit. You will have a central role in daily administrative work and contribute to creating good conditions for managers and operations. The Youth Unit and Foster Care Unit are two of six units that are part of the Children, Youth and Family business area in Hägersten-Älvsjö District Administration. We warmly welcome your application! Read more about benefits in Stockholm city here. Your role In your role as administrator you serve as management support and are responsible for varied administrative tasks. You will among other things: receive quotes, place orders and handle invoices and accruals prepare and write minutes from APT publish minutes from APT on the collaboration platform write employment contracts manage the administrative process for new hires and terminations of employment, including administration of computers, phones and service cards. The role mainly involves being present at the office Monday through Friday. Your skills and experience We are looking for you who have at least 3 years of experience working as an administrator or in a similar role valid high school diploma very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written very good IT and system skills as well as experience working with different digital tools and business systems. It is advantageous if you have post-secondary education in administration experience with administrative work in the public sector previous experience working within social services. To thrive in this role you need to be careful and structured in your approach while being able to work independently to plan and prioritize your tasks. You have a service-oriented approach and are committed to providing professional support in your work. You take your own initiative and ensure that work is driven forward and completed with good quality. The role also requires good linguistic analytical ability where you can absorb information, see connections and express yourself clearly.
