The Swedish Prison and Probation Service is now seeking an administrator for the planning unit for correctional facilities, detention, and probation, positioned within the section for planning for correctional facilities and detention. The unit is part of the Correctional Facilities, Detention, and Probation Division, together with the Capacity Unit and the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's service center. The division also organizes core operations. The planning unit is responsible for, within the framework of the authority's management and monitoring model and the division's mission, developing and continuously ensuring national leadership and management of operations at correctional facilities, detention centers, and probation services. The unit operates, develops, and coordinates the forums needed internally and externally for the division to achieve its goals. It also includes responsibility for developing, managing, and analyzing the effects of quality management structures and quality work. The unit is also responsible for internal coordination within the division and between divisions at headquarters. Job Description As an administrator, you will provide support to managers and employees across the entire division. The work involves filing, monitoring the division's official email inbox, and participating in the division's and unit's preparation processes. You play an important role in the division's workflows regarding mail, archives, and case management. The duties involve largely independent work with tasks that require coordination, case handling, coordination, and follow-up. The administrative function is currently in an exciting phase where assignments and tasks are being developed. Therefore, we are looking for someone who has the drive to help develop the position together with your colleagues in the section. This means you need to have your own initiative in your work, the ability to prioritize which tasks are important for the division as a whole, and the ability to make decisions within your mandate.
