Bacchua AB is a growing company with operations in restaurants, hotels, catering, construction, and staffing. We are now seeking an engaged administrator who wants to be part of developing our business. Job Responsibilities As an administrator, you will, among other things: Handle incoming and outgoing emails. Register and follow up on invoices and documents. Maintain contact with customers, suppliers, and authorities. Assist management with administrative tasks. Plan meetings, bookings, and documentation. File and organize company documents. Participate in the development of administrative procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office. Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. English is a plus. Additional languages are an advantage. Thorough, organized, and responsible. Good collaboration skills and service-oriented. Employment Permanent position (probationary period may apply). Full-time. Start date by mutual agreement. Work location: Boden.
