Your responsibilities We are now looking for an administrator to work with case and document management. As an administrator in our Integration and Employment Administration, you will work across the entire administration, have daily contact with your supervisor, colleagues, and other professionals, and provide support to management and operations. Together with one additional colleague, you will focus on case and document management in a group consisting of a total of five administrators and one coordinator. You will work with registration and case management in our Ciceron system. The work also includes supporting operations in records and archive management, ensuring that documents are handled and documented according to applicable procedures. Personnel and payroll administration are also parts of the work. The role also includes practical tasks such as releasing public documents and providing support on operational matters regarding public documents, record-keeping, and document management. Your workplace The Integration and Employment Administration's mission is to strengthen opportunities for Linköping residents in need of financial assistance to become self-sufficient and independent, and to contribute to competency supply for the business community and Linköping Municipality. In the administration, we work closely together with residents, the business community, the nonprofit sector, government agencies, and other public actors. The position is located within the Operations Support staff function. Your workplace will be in fresh facilities at Drottninggatan 45 in central Linköping. Working hours are 07.20-16.30, with shorter working days during the summer months. We apply flexible working hour agreements and the possibility of remote work exists once you have settled into your work and the operations allow it. You as an applicant We are looking for someone with post-secondary education focused on document and information/case management, or alternatively other post-secondary education combined with equivalent work experience that the employer deems equivalent to case and document management. We see that you have previous experience with document and information management and have handled release of public documents. If you have experience with records and archive management, we see that as a merit. It is also a merit if you have experience with e-archiving and working in the Ciceron system. Part of the work involves personnel and payroll management, which is why we see it as a merit if you have previous experience with this. In the role, you will also provide educational support on operational matters related to, for example, public documents, record-keeping, etc. We see it as a merit if you have worked with this previously. Given that the work involves quite a bit of documentation as well as internal and external contacts, we require that you have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. We also see that you as an applicant have good system proficiency since you will be working in various types of systems.
