Our Operations The Center for Better Medication Use (CBL) aims to improve medication use through collaboration with various stakeholders. Since 2011, the Swedish Medical Products Agency, through CBL, has had the task of coordinating and following up on the national medication strategy (NLS). We carry out this work together with 20 government agencies and organizations. CBL is also responsible for strengthening collaboration and developing approaches regarding the prescription, dispensing, and supply of medications. CBL consists of a responsible office manager and an administrator. A project manager is also assigned to CBL. You are responsible for the logistics of internal and external meetings, which includes meeting planning and taking minutes. Another important part of the role is to coordinate and proofread and language-check texts in both Swedish and English, as well as proactively keep the NLS website updated. In addition, you handle the department's invoices, filing, travel bookings, purchases, and other documentation. Your Background We are looking for someone with: post-secondary education in administration or equivalent, or equivalent experience. good experience with administrative tasks including invoice management, taking minutes, and more. good experience with proofreading and language checking. very good proficiency in the Office suite. very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English. It is a merit if you also have experience with: working in IT systems such as Agresso and Primula. working in pharmaceutical or medically oriented operations. working at a government agency.
