The Ragn-Sells Group is also present in Norway, Denmark, and Estonia.
Are you someone who likes to stay on top of things, enjoys solving problems, and doesn't wait for others to take action? Here you'll get a varied administrative position where you become an important part of the operation and get close contact with both colleagues and customers!
What the Company Offers
At Ragn-Sells, we offer:
• Work in one of Sweden's most important industries
• A pleasant workplace with good and competent colleagues
• Employment terms with market-competitive salaries, collective agreements, pension, development opportunities, wellness allowances, etc.
• Competence development opportunities through our own Academy
Your Responsibilities
Your main task will be to manage all administration around a larger project. This includes creating and managing orders, handling invoicing, producing statistics, and working with follow-up to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will quickly get to know the business in depth and become an important link between administration and operations.
You will work closely with production managers, section chiefs, and team leaders, and you'll also have ongoing contact with clients. Your task will often be to identify what needs to be done, ensure the right things happen, and keep everything on track throughout.
Since this role is new to the region, you'll also have the opportunity to help shape how work will function going forward. You'll be part of an administrative team and could potentially take on other tasks within the group over time.
Your Profile
To thrive in this role, we believe you're someone who enjoys taking personal responsibility and quickly grasps new things. You don't need to know everything from the start, but you should be curious, willing to ask questions, and above all, willing to take action.
You're confident in making decisions and can stand your ground when needed. At the same time, you're thorough and enjoy diving into details when required. You're comfortable with systems and enjoy working digitally.
Most importantly, you're someone who likes to make things happen. You appreciate variety, thrive with multiple points of contact, and have no problem switching between big and small tasks. One moment it's about statistics and invoicing, the next it's solving a question with a team leader or customer. You simply like to be the one who has things under control and ensures that things move forward.
