Administration is part of the operations area Authority for Older Adults and Persons with Disabilities in Södertälje Municipality. The work team consists of 8 people and is led by a results unit manager. As an administrative officer in Administration, you will be part of a team where your primary work tasks are to provide support to the Authority for Older Adults and Persons with Disabilities. Administration is a central function within the authority and is responsible for administrative processes that support both operations and contact with citizens and service providers. We are now seeking an administrative officer for our work team. Your Responsibilities The role involves varied work with both recurring and ongoing administrative tasks. Work is planned based on the operations' annual schedule, while you must also be able to handle new needs and priorities that arise. You will manage invoices in our financial system UNIT4/ERP. You also handle compensation for our internal and external service providers within the operations area. You investigate and make decisions regarding fees for clients who have care and service interventions under the Social Services Act. Administration also manages a reception phone line where you are expected to provide good service and information to citizens with questions regarding fees for services approved by the Authority for Older Adults and Persons with Disabilities. Administration is also responsible for ensuring that the units within the Authority for Older Adults and Persons with Disabilities have access to the materials and resources needed for daily operations. The assignment includes managing purchases and ensuring they are conducted in accordance with applicable agreements and budgets. As an administrative officer, you contribute to ensuring that the operations' practical and administrative support functions smoothly. You participate in managing mail and deliveries and work with matters concerning facilities, vehicles, IT equipment, and other operational support. Who Are You?
