Are you a meticulous and quality-conscious person who enjoys hands-on laboratory work? About the Role As a Laboratory Technician, you will become an important part of production at Olink in Uppsala. During the fall, the operation will handle increased production volume of the FLEX product type, which means an increased need for reinforcement in the laboratory activities. The role consists mainly of manual pipetting and pooling of FLEX orders, work that requires high precision, good laboratory experience, and the ability to maintain quality even during repetitive work tasks. You will also work in the company's ERP system for administration of order and material management. You will become part of an engaged team and receive thorough onboarding with the goal of being trained and certified for the increased production during Q4. Responsibilities In the role, you will, among other things: - Perform manual pipetting according to established instructions and quality requirements - Pool FLEX orders within production - Ensure high quality and precision in all work tasks - Handle cancellations of orders and materials in the ERP system - Document and follow applicable routines and processes - Contribute to an efficient production flow and good delivery reliability - Work according to the laboratory's quality and safety regulations - Collaborate with colleagues within laboratory and production operations - Support with other occurring tasks in the laboratory environment as needed You will be employed as a consultant through Adecco. The assignment is expected to start on September 14, 2026, and continue through December 31, 2026, with placement in Uppsala. We Are Looking for You If You - Have experience working in a laboratory environment - Have good pipetting experience and feel comfortable with hands-on laboratory work - Are meticulous, quality-conscious, and have a structured work approach - Have good computer skills and find it easy to learn different systems - Speak and write Swedish and/or English fluently - Have the ability to work focused on repetitive tasks over longer periods - Are responsible and work independently while thriving in a team - Have a positive attitude and contribute to good collaboration Merits - Experience working in production or laboratory operations within Life Science - Experience working according to GMP, ISO, or other quality systems - Experience with ERP systems or similar business systems - Post-secondary education in biology, biotechnology, chemistry, or another relevant field Contact Information If you have any questions about the position, feel free to contact the responsible recruiter: Amila Dresevic at 073 684 78 61.
