We are looking for someone with experience from the electrical, installation, service, or security industry who wants to combine project management with customer responsibility and business development in a local operation with strong confidence in the future. You thrive on taking responsibility, building trust, and driving projects forward, from initial customer contact to completed delivery.
About the Position
As a project manager with us, you are responsible for the entire project process, from estimation and quotation to implementation, follow-up, and closure. You have technical and financial responsibility for your projects and work closely with customers, clients, installers, and partners.
An important part of the role is to build and develop customer relationships. You are often the customer's primary contact person and actively contribute to identifying new business opportunities and creating long-term collaborations. We would like you to have experience with estimation and quotation work and feel comfortable assessing project scope, resource requirements, and financial conditions at an early stage.
Our customers are primarily located in Trollhättan, Vänersborg, and Uddevalla and surrounding areas, which means local presence and good market knowledge are major advantages.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
Project management from start to finish
Budget, forecast, and result responsibility
Customer contacts and business development
Estimation, quotation, and bid work
Coordination of installers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensuring quality, work environment, and safety in projects
Competency Profile
You have experience with project management in electrical, installation, service, security, or other related technical operations. You have a good understanding of project economics and feel comfortable driving projects with responsibility for finances, quality, and delivery.
As a person, you are engaged, trustworthy, and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You enjoy creating and developing long-term customer relationships, see opportunities in everyday situations, and are willing to take your own initiatives to develop both projects and operations.
You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and hold a B-category driver's license.
