What does your role involve? Your task is to help our customers succeed in their operations through professional and personal consulting. The focus is on identifying needs and offering the right solutions for our customers. You will have access to a broad range of quality products and service concepts. Sales to our customers occur through five channels: web shop/app, e-procurement solutions, telephone sales, and personal outreach. This is a new position, so you will be building your own district and initially focusing heavily on developing new customers. You plan and structure your workdays independently, which means you need to be efficient and organized in your approach. You will meet with your sales team regularly to exchange experiences and discuss strategy. Your responsibilities Specialist in developing customer relationships as well as scheduling meetings, conducting needs analyses, and closing deals. Focus on existing customers while also being responsible for generating new customers. Maintain the right activity level. Prepare presentations and solutions. Ensure successful onboarding of new customers. Win new customers for Berner. Coordinate with the regional manager on current needs and customer handover. Your qualifications To succeed as a sales representative with us, you need sales experience and preferably experience from the automotive industry. You have the right personal qualities and want to develop within a sales role. The position requires a valid driver's license (B category) and you must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
