About the Role As an Account Manager at Quest Consulting, you'll join a business-driven team where you combine relationship building with clear sales targets. This role is perfect for you if you have some years of B2B sales experience and want to take the next step and develop further within sales and business. A large part of the role will initially involve prospecting and new customer acquisition. You'll identify relevant companies and decision-makers, make first contact, and book meetings. Working alongside more senior salespeople and the CEO, you'll gradually have the opportunity to participate in client meetings and develop towards independently managing the entire sales process. You will, among other things: Prospect and identify new potential customers and business opportunities. Conduct research on companies, decision-makers, and markets. Actively contact new corporate clients via phone, email, and other relevant channels. Book and prepare client meetings. Participate in client meetings together with senior salespeople and the CEO. Present Quest Consulting's offering in consultant staffing and recruitment. Follow up on leads and ongoing customer dialogues. Build and develop long-term customer relationships. Document and track sales activities in CRM. Work towards clear individual targets and KPIs. Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for someone with a strong drive who wants to build a long-term career in B2B sales. You enjoy reaching out to new people and are motivated by creating deals and achieving clear results. For success in this role, we believe you are self-driven, structured, and have a high level of ambition. You are persistent and don't let rejection discourage you, but see it as a natural part of the sales process. At the same time, you are curious and have a desire to learn more about both our customers and their operations. We'd like to see that you have: At least 1 year of B2B sales experience. Experience with active new customer acquisition. Experience working towards clear sales targets and KPIs. Experience with prospecting and meeting booking. Very good communication skills in Swedish and English. Good computer skills and preferably experience with CRM systems. Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
