On behalf of our client, we are now recruiting a driven and business-oriented Account Manager for Malmö. This role is perfect for you if you have experience in proactive sales and are motivated by creating new business opportunities while developing existing customer relationships. As an Account Manager, you will have individual responsibility for identifying new customers, conducting meetings, understanding customer needs, and driving business from first contact to closure. Responsibilities Prospect and contact new corporate customers. Schedule and conduct customer meetings, both digitally and in person. Identify customer needs and present relevant solutions. Prepare quotations and drive business through the entire sales process. Build and develop long-term customer relationships. Work toward established sales targets and KPIs. Follow up on business deals and ensure high customer satisfaction. About You You are a goal-oriented and communicative person who enjoys making new contacts. You have a strong business focus and are driven to influence your results through your own work. At the same time, you understand the importance of trust and long-term relationships in business. You work in a structured manner, take personal responsibility, and have the ability to adapt your communication to different decision-makers and organizations. Qualifications Approximately 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales where you have driven the entire process forward. Experience in prospecting and new customer acquisition. Good experience working toward budgets and sales targets. Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
