Contact: Nežerná Michaela, e-mail: [email protected] Your Responsibilities: • Manage internal contracts from start to finish, from creation through the approval process with relevant internal stakeholders (e.g., service provider, customer, outsourcing, accounting, tax, etc.) • Support the internal supplier in defining scope of services, pricing, and key performance indicators (KPI) • Facilitate alignment between internal customers and suppliers • Regularly create reports for executive management • Maintain data quality regarding services and KPI in the relevant tool • Serve as the single point of contact for responsible legal entities and business owners on matters concerning internal contracts Your Profile: • 1-3 years of experience working in customer service, account management, or comparable function • Excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally in English; knowledge of German would be a great advantage • Excellent integrated thinking between business and technology, combined with a high degree of customer and stakeholder focus • High analytical competence and problem-solving competence • Deep experience with defining processes, conceptual work, and structured management reporting • Experience with stakeholder and people management • Team player, motivated, performance-focused, and goal-oriented work ethic • Knowledge of services provided particularly by Deutsche Börse group entities would be advantageous • Knowledge of Microsoft Power-Apps (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage
