We are now recruiting a temporary caregiver for Bräcke Home Care Services Alingsås for six months. Here you'll find work close to people, where what you do helps our customers feel secure and continue living their lives at home. Bräcke diakoni provides home care services in several locations and in some areas also home nursing care and home rehabilitation. Your Role in the Team
As a temporary caregiver at Bräcke Home Care Services, you'll have a social and varied job with lots of movement. You help our customers at home with what's needed, from personal care and practical assistance to accompanying them on care visits. You work a lot independently, but always have colleagues to ask and collaborate with. When you start, you'll receive practical introductions alongside regular staff. You'll learn our working methods, the area and the customers before working more independently.
The job includes, among other things:
Assistance with personal care
Lighter service tasks in the home
Accompanying customers on errands, for example care visits
Documentation
Traveling between customers by bike or car

Bräcke Home Care Services is centrally located in Alingsås, based at Kolavägen. Here work about 50 colleagues who help each other and share responsibility for planning the day. When we need support, coordinators and the operations manager are close at hand. We are also one of several operations run by Bräcke diakoni in Alingsås. Here you'll find, among other things, a health center and care and residential facilities, which creates opportunities for collaboration and networking locally.

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in people-centered work or care
Class B driver's license
You can ride a bike
You can speak and write Swedish fluently
Completed or ongoing education in care and health services is an advantage
