We are now seeking committed personal assistants for our operations in several locations, including Göteborg. The positions are with our clients in their home environments. ABOUT THE WORKPLACE As a personal assistant, you work closely with the client and support them in their daily life, which means you are an important part of their life. The work takes place in the clients' homes and is adapted to their individual needs and wishes. Our goal is to create a safe and meaningful everyday life for our clients. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Support the client in daily living, which may include personal care, help with meals, household chores, and leisure activities. • Be a support during social activities and other important parts of everyday life. • Collaborate with family members and other professionals to provide the client with the best possible support. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO: • Have a genuine interest in helping people and creating security. • Are responsible, responsive, and flexible. • Have good collaboration skills and professional conduct. • Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. • Have education within healthcare and/or experience. REQUIREMENTS: • Experience with similar work in personal assistance or health and social care. • Education in healthcare and social care or personal assistance. • Fluent Swedish spoken.
