Eccera is now seeking experienced support technicians for 2nd line positions at several of our customers in the Stockholm area. Your Responsibilities In the role of 2nd line support technician, you work with more advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving in close collaboration with both users and the IT organization. You receive tickets escalated from 1st line and ensure they are resolved efficiently and with high quality. Work tasks may include: Troubleshooting and managing more complex IT issues in hardware, software, and networking Working in ticket management systems according to established processes (e.g., ITIL) Administration in Active Directory (accounts, permissions, groups) Management and troubleshooting in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments Support in client management, for example via Intune Network-related troubleshooting Collaboration with 3rd line and other technical teams Your Profile We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with great personal responsibility and is motivated by solving more advanced technical problems. You are structured in your work approach and experienced at prioritizing between different tickets. As a person, you are: Service-oriented and solution-focused Structured and thorough Communicative and educational in your contact with users Independent but also a team player Requirements Experience working in a 2nd line support function Strong experience troubleshooting in IT environments Experience with Active Directory Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Intune Experience with network troubleshooting Very good skills in Swedish and English Understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL Foundation is a merit) Experience documenting procedures and creating knowledge articles Merits Experience with Microsoft 365 environments Experience with SCCM or similar tools Experience with scripting or automation Certifications in Microsoft or ITIL We place great importance on your personal qualities.
