Ikett Personalpartner is now recruiting a 2D Laser Operator for one of our clients. We're looking for someone with a technical interest, who enjoys practical work and contributes to a positive atmosphere in the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a 2D Laser Operator, you will among other things
- Operate and monitor 2D laser cutting machines.
- Set up machines based on drawings and production documentation.
- Check that materials and parts meet the correct quality and dimensions.
- Perform minor adjustments and troubleshooting as needed.
- Work together with colleagues to ensure an efficient production flow.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a focus on quality.
Both day shift and shift work occur, but primarily day shift 7–16.
Your Profile
Above all, we're looking for someone who enjoys working in a team and has a technical interest. You're a person who enjoys collaborating with your colleagues, takes responsibility for your tasks, and has a solution-oriented mindset.
We'd like it if you:
- Have a technical interest and enjoy understanding how machines work.
- Have experience from industry, machine shops, or similar work.
- Can read and understand technical drawings.
- Are detail-oriented and quality-conscious.
- Are responsible and enjoy collaborating.
- Are flexible and comfortable in a production environment.
Experience with laser cutting is a plus, but the most important thing is your technical understanding and willingness to learn.
As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, organized, and have good teamwork skills since the work takes place at our clients' facilities.
