About Us Väddö folkhögskola is one of Sweden's oldest folk high schools and is located at multiple sites in Stockholm County today. We offer educational programs focused on society-sustaining functions and individual development—from general courses to vocational preparation/vocational training and education within vocational higher education. At our school, we run, among other things, a two-year nursing assistant program according to the Swedish National School Board's national vocational package, a police preparation program, and the vocational program Social Pedagogue with CBT and MI. We are a growing school where expertise, responsibility-taking, and participation are decisive for meeting future needs. About the Position We are now seeking two teachers for the Social Pedagogue program with CBT and MI. The program combines theory and practice and targets participants who want to work in healthcare, education, and social services. As a teacher, you become an important part of the participants' development journey. You: lead instruction and group exercises, use CBT and MI as pedagogical tools and teach these methods create structure, safety, and engagement in the classroom, see both the whole group and the individual's needs. The position also involves teaching in our other programs, such as the nursing assistant program and the police preparation program—which provides variety and breadth in your work.
