We hope you will enjoy working with us! About the workplace At Family Support, which consists of two units, 26 treatment professionals work with various specializations. Family Support currently consists of three teams - the intensive team, the family team, and the SUF team. The different teams currently work on behalf of social workers with various types of treatment interventions. As a Senior Treatment Secretary, you will work closely with treatment professionals as well as unit managers. We currently have two senior positions and are expanding with one additional position. One of our senior staff will also be on leave for a period, which is why we are advertising both a permanent position and a contract position of at least 1 year. Job responsibilities As a Senior Treatment Secretary, you will lead, distribute, and organize daily operational work. You will provide methodological support to treatment professionals in cases and be part of business and competency development at the units together with unit managers. You will work closely with the other Senior Treatment Secretaries. You will collaborate with other senior staff within the department. You will have an important role in the business's transition to meet the intentions of the new Social Services Act. You will be part of maintaining and developing the quality of our services to children and families in Uddevalla. Qualifications You hold a degree in social work, social pedagogy, or behavioral science of at least 180 credits. You have several years of experience in treatment work. You have further education in treatment methods. You hold a Class B driver's license. You express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish. Experience in leadership and methodological support is meritorious. Step one training in psychotherapy is meritorious. __________________________ For positions requiring certification/valid proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare of a protected professional title, this must be submitted before employment. Language assessment is conducted for certain professional groups before employment can be considered. Criminal background checks are conducted for all positions within the social services. For employment in services directed at children with disabilities, extracts for children with disabilities and verification of personal information are requested. For other employment within the social services, the verification of personal information extract is requested. For positions involving direct and regular contact with children and young people, and for activities within LSS, care, healthcare, psychiatric care, and substance abuse treatment, a valid extract from the police's criminal record register must be presented or submitted before employment.
