INITIAL CONTACT BY EMAIL - Vsevolod Veselov, email: [email protected] Job responsibilities: • Placing orders with suppliers in Europe, Turkey, Azerbaijan and China; • Negotiating delivery dates, prices, volumes, and quality; • Overseeing the entire order cycle: creating and placing orders, ensuring timely order confirmations; • Resolving technical and commercial issues with suppliers at all stages of the order; • Creating orders for placement; • Handling complaints with suppliers; • Coordination with purchasing, sales and warehouse departments; • Meeting established order metrics; • Searching for new suppliers; • Monitoring and analyzing receivables/payables. What is important for us: • English language level: fluent written and oral, sufficient for business correspondence and negotiations with foreign suppliers; • Azerbaijani language level: fluent written and oral, sufficient for business correspondence and negotiations with foreign suppliers; • Advanced IT skills, MS Office proficiency; • Negotiation skills; • Excellent verbal and written communication; • Responsibility and self-organization; • Willingness to work with large volumes of data.
