We accept OpenImmo 1.2.7
OpenImmo is a vendor-neutral XML standard for exchanging property data. Practically every estate-agency software in Germany, Austria and Switzerland speaks it — so if you already send it to other portals, you can send it to us. No special integration from your software vendor is needed.

Request the server details
Fill in the form at the bottom of this page. We send you the access details for your system personally by e-mail.

Enter them in your system
In your interface / portal settings, add a new transfer target and enter the access details. Vendors name that screen differently — look for "OpenImmo interface" or "generic portal connection".

Send exactly as you do today
Your system pushes the packages itself — full deliveries and individual changes alike. Nothing left to do on our side.

What this means for your software
- onOffice: the portal transfer interfaces are free. Request the server details from the portal and enter them.
- Propstack and FLOWFACT: both offer a deliberately generic OpenImmo connection so further platforms can be added without a dedicated product integration. Confirmed by their product leadership in September 2026.
- Other software (immoware24, EstateSuite, immoxxl and the rest): if it speaks OpenImmo, it speaks to us. Not sure? Write to us and we will go through it together.
What happens next
- We usually process a package within minutes of it arriving.
- A full delivery (umfang="VOLL") is the complete state of your portfolio to us — whatever is missing from it gets hidden. A partial delivery (umfang="TEIL") never deletes anything.
- Send removals as aktion aktionart="DELETE". Objects marked verkaufstatus="VERKAUFT" are taken down as well.
- Enquiries go straight to the contact address in the kontaktperson block. We do not sit between you and the buyer.
- No exclusivity, no fee. Switch the transfer off in your CRM whenever you like and nothing new arrives.
By sending the data you confirm you are entitled to publish it and to pass it on — including through our public API and AI connectors.
