Your Role As an HR Administrator with us, you have a key role. You create the conditions for our employees to get the right start, the right training, and the right pay at the end of the month. Through your work, you contribute to high quality, efficiency, and good structure within the HR administration team. The position is mainly divided into two areas of responsibility: Administration – With high precision and accuracy, you quality assure and register personnel and payroll-related documents. You also handle contacts with authorities, such as reporting to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. Internal Service & Support – You are our obvious first point of contact for the organization's HR questions regarding systems, policies, pay, and benefits. With a service-oriented and professional approach, you support managers and employees through digital channels, chat, phone, and email. You become part of an engaged team with nine employees and you report to the Head of HR Service Delivery. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a high school diploma and post-secondary education in HR or payroll. It is a great advantage if you have previously worked independently with administration, and we also value experience from grocery retail as well as familiarity with Google Workspace and SAP Payroll. Your Qualities and Qualifications We are looking for someone who has a secondary school diploma or other education that the employer deems equivalent experience in records management work, or some years of experience in administrative work that the employer deems equivalent experience working in IT environments and with digital tools within administration good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have worked or are working with administration within the legal system. Stiftsgården Marielund, beautifully situated on Ekerö in Mälaren, belongs to the Stockholm Catholic Diocese and serves as a venue for courses, conferences, retreats, and camps. We are now seeking staff members for three work areas: Housekeeping. Cleaning, making beds, and organizing guest rooms and facilities, laundry, preparing common areas, and reporting maintenance needs. Service and logistics for operations and guests, basic maintenance work, security procedures, and outdoor work such as snow removal. Kitchen.
