The work as an assistant consists partly of personal care such as shower assistance in the bathroom, help with personal hygiene and otherwise help with dressing and undressing, etc. The work also includes help with cooking, cleaning, computer assistance, and grocery shopping, etc. You normally work together with a colleague on all shifts except the night shift. Work shifts: day shift 07-15, evening shift 15-23, and night shift 23-07. During evenings and weekends, you receive supplementary pay according to agreement.
