About the Job We are looking for a new assistant for our client who lives outside Mårdaklev. You need a car and driver's license to get to the workplace, and since the client has a farm, you cannot be afraid of dogs, sheep, or other animals. The job includes typical tasks such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, dressing and undressing, household chores, and other daily needs that may arise. You need to speak Swedish fluently so that the client understands you and you understand them. Since you also need to be able to document in the job, you need to be able to both write and read fluently in Swedish. Personal Assistant for Young Adults within the LSS Framework
GOTHENBURG Personal assistance for young adults within the LSS framework. We are now seeking personal assistants for two brothers, born in 2005 and 2007, who live together in Angered, Gothenburg. Both have extensive care needs and receive personal assistance due to autism, ADHD, developmental disability, OCD, and gastrostomy, among other conditions. This means they require substantial hands-on help and support from their assistants so that structure and routines can create the calmest daily life possible. The work requires that you have the ability and interest in learning to work methodically while also being open to sudden changes. Since they cannot communicate verbally, AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) is used in daily communication—pictures, gestures, and signs. Their interests include animals, being outdoors, "playing," swimming, roughhousing, and music. We are looking for someone with lots of energy who is genuinely interested in working with service users within the LSS framework. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working within LSS, or alternatively experience working with people with disabilities, home care, nursing homes with extensive care needs, etc. Most importantly, you must be motivated and interested in learning within this field. You will primarily work as part of a team, though individual work also occurs. Education/experience with the mentioned diagnoses, low-demand interaction approaches, and alternative communication are merits. Work hours vary—days, evenings, and weekends. After completed introduction, also night shifts. Total work commitment: up to 100%. Individual salary based on competence, experience, and responsibility. Start date by agreement. Temporary Position for 18-Year-Old Boy with Autism
We are seeking assistants for our 18-year-old client who needs support and guidance in his daily life. Our client lives in his own home where his assistants work with him. Our client has autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, and epilepsy. He has very limited communication abilities. He needs help with all daily situations such as meals, cleaning, personal hygiene, and activities. As an assistant, you need to be mature, calm, secure, flexible, and accepting. Since our client does not understand dangers, you need to be constantly present. Working hours include days, evenings, weekends, and night shifts. Shifts are 12 hours: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM, 8:00 PM-8:00 AM. The client has dual assistants around the clock. The position is located in Dingle.
