Production Manager
ELKOPLAST CZ, s.r.o. is a Czech family-owned manufacturing company established in 1997. Do you have experience leading manufacturing operations and managing teams and operational goals? We're looking for a manager to lead our production facility and be a key driver in fulfilling orders and improving production efficiency. Key responsibilities include: managing the entire production process at the facility from planning to dispatch, leading a team of supervisors, technicians, and other production staff, ensuring production schedules, quality, and productivity targets are met, collaborating with headquarters on process optimization and investments, overseeing compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, maintaining and efficiently utilizing resources, working with the ERP system, and contributing to facility performance evaluation.
