About the Position Personal assistance is a service provided under LSS (the Act Concerning Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities). As a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everything that arises in daily life and with basic needs. Each assistance arrangement is uniquely tailored to the client's life, so work tasks may vary depending on the workplace. The client is a 2-year-old girl living with her family on Ingarö. The girl has epilepsy, a PEG tube, and significant care needs. It is therefore important that you are genuinely interested in children as well as care and support. The girl needs an entirely new assistant team with 24-hour supervision, so there will be many new people starting at the same time. This means you need to enjoy collaborating and taking responsibility. Who Are You? The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships.
