Your tasks will include feeding me (both orally and via tube), giving me medication, being my arms and legs and voice, transferring between mobility aids and personal hygiene. I have dyskinetic cerebral palsy and use a wheelchair, but that doesn't stop me from moving around. I have many different aids that make everyday life easier, like my walker, which I love using. With it, I can walk on my own or run depending on my mood. I don't have my own speech, but I communicate using PODD (picture book) and body language, eye contact. I'm clear about what I want and easy to understand. It's very important to me that we can understand each other well, so you must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. This is because you are my voice. At home I have a lift, but there are other places where lifts aren't available, so manual lifting occurs.
