Around her is a stable team of personal assistants who have worked together for a long time. About the role The position begins with you working as a personal assistant during an extended introductory period. After that, your responsibility will expand to also include work supervision. The work requires great commitment and focus to get close to, understand, and get to know her. This is the foundation for identifying needs, creating a functioning structure, and building a sustainable whole around the interventions. We are looking for someone who is unpretentious, responsible, and has good knowledge of – and especially understanding of – autism. You are curious, solution-oriented, and have a strong desire to create a safe and functioning everyday life. The position is located in Finja. Our client is a 30-year-old woman with autism, intellectual disability, epilepsy, and ADHD. She communicates only through pictures. In her home, we work with low-affect approach and careful structure to help her have a meaningful and functional daily life. The work consists of supporting her in her daily activities through various activities, routines, and household management. Our client is interested in swimming, playing iPad, cooking, baking, and going on outings or just taking a drive in the car. She is active and maintains a fast pace, so it is important that you as an assistant are flexible and adaptable to make decisions and quickly adjust the day's schedule. We are seeking two assistants for two positions at approximately 82 percent. One of the positions is a parental leave substitute role. We are also seeking a substitute who can work as needed. The work follows a rotating schedule with day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. We have double staffing. The schedule includes both night shifts awake and night shifts on call. A driver's license and access to your own car are required to be able to get to the workplace, which is just outside Hässleholm. During work shifts, we use the client's own car.
