We are looking for a cheerful and empathetic female personal assistant for a wheelchair-using woman who needs help with her daily life. In addition to work as a personal assistant, you will be responsible for scheduling and have overall responsibility for staffing the team. Previous experience in this field is not a requirement. Personal suitability is what matters most. We are looking for someone who is calm, responsible, and attentive. Flexibility, accuracy, and teamwork are qualities that are required. You are mature in how you handle different situations. The work is built on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity. The user prefers female assistants. The position is full-time, 24-hour shifts with on-call night duty. The introduction period is important for you to get a good start, and it is paid. We offer further training and wellness benefits. We are seeking temporary caregivers for a wonderful woman in Sundbyberg with a great interest in dogs. Much of the time is spent training her dog, but she also enjoys activities such as traveling, going to the cinema, singing at Skansen, and more. She also has an interest in gardening and flowers that you are welcome to share. Help is needed with daily tasks, mobility assistance, and hygiene. All necessary aids are available in the home. She has been approved for 24-hour assistance with night on-call coverage. We would like you to be between 20-50 years old and share her interests.
