Sigge is a cheerful, creative, adventurous, and positive guy who will soon be 17 years old and has a very rare muscle disease. However, we in the team choose to look beyond the disease and its challenges—for us, it's rarely an obstacle. When you start working with us, you'll be part of a team that loves sports in all its forms. Above all, it's the Liverpool football club that gets all our attention when it comes to football, but when it comes to hockey, you'll find us cheering at Catena Arena in Ängelholm, supporting Rögle. Sport isn't just a big part of Sigge's and his team's life—we also love music, especially live music, which means we often go to concerts around the country. Sigge also loves skiing, so we try to do that now and then. When Sigge gets to ski down the slope in his bi-ski, he's at his best. When we're at home, it's mostly video games and watching all kinds of sports (mainly football) on TV. So what do we require from you? We're looking for someone who is confident and dares to challenge—both us and society's norms. Personal chemistry is incredibly important, and you need to be social and willing to contribute, as we always include our assistants in the family and their everyday life. Days rarely look the same. She has a strong interest in gardening, enjoys solving crosswords, traveling, and spending time with her husband and dog. The role involves assisting with everything from personal hygiene, daily household routines, and other tasks as needed. Care experience or training is desirable. You must be a non-smoker and should not be allergic to pets or pollen. It is important that you are flexible, responsible, and open-minded. The work includes occasional heavy-duty tasks, so you should not have any physical limitations that would prevent you from performing them. Experience working as a personal assistant is a plus. I am an 18-year-old boy who needs extra support in my daily life. I am active and like to stay busy. I live in my own apartment in central Olofström, where there are good bus connections. During school terms, I attend school and after-school activities, where I communicate with pictures. In my free time, I like being outdoors. My "roller" has a third wheel so I can get around almost anywhere. I can stand on my own feet and exercise in my standing frame regularly (at least 60 minutes/day). I really like music. Others might get tired of hearing the same songs over and over, but familiar music makes me happy and calm. Routines are important to me, and my assistants work systematically throughout the day to create clarity. Since I don't have spoken language, frustration can sometimes arise. It's important that you notice early signs and can redirect me in time. It's important that I know what will happen and feel prepared. When people don't understand me, I can get "flash angry" and maybe throw something on the floor or wave my arms. Then it's important that you as an assistant stay calm and don't get scared.
