DUTIES We are looking for you who are a qualified nursing assistant and want to work at Ljuskällan Special Residence. The position involves day and evening shifts and is fundamentally a permanent position as a nursing assistant with a regular schedule, which means working every other weekend. If you want to work every weekend, there is an opportunity to, by agreement, work every weekend from Friday to Sunday in exchange for an extra salary supplement of 5,000 kronor per month. Working every weekend means you work every weekend, Friday to Sunday. The agreement to work every weekend applies for six months at a time and depends on the facility's needs. It is important to note that working every weekend is an agreement in addition to your regular employment. Your regular permanent position remains in place even if the every-weekend agreement ends. This also means that the salary supplement is only applicable when you work every weekend, not if you were to transition to a regular schedule. The agreement to work every weekend can be terminated if the facility's needs change and the conditions of the assignment change.
