Temporary Assistant Position (~65%) for a 17-Year-Old Girl
We are looking for a female assistant for a temporary position with our client, a 17-year-old cheerful and lively girl with Cerebral Palsy. In her free time, she enjoys going out for coffee, swimming, and taking various trips. She has significant mobility difficulties and therefore needs several assistive devices such as ceiling lifts, standing aids, specially adapted chairs, and various communication aids. As an assistant, you will receive thorough on-the-job training to learn how to use these devices. As an assistant, you will support her in the activities she enjoys doing, both at home and outside the home. You will also accompany her on outings and visits to, for example, rehabilitation centers, orthotic centers, and assistive device centers. It is important that you are a positive, reliable, calm person who is solution-focused and driven. It is important that you have a driver's license and a car, as this is needed to get to where the client lives and because the client has an adapted car (automatic) that is used to drive her to medical appointments and recreational activities. We are looking for someone who can work various shifts: mornings, afternoons, evenings, and occasionally nights with on-call sleeping duties. Some days may involve split shifts where you work a morning shift and an afternoon/evening shift. Most of the time there is double assistance, but there are times when you work alone as an assistant. The schedule is a four-week rotating schedule. This is a temporary position for 2 months starting 2026-08-10 with the possibility of extension. On-the-job training will be provided through hourly employment before the position starts. Levanda Personlig Assistans is a small and personalized personal assistance company with great care for our employees. We are looking for engaged and positive team members who are passionate about working with people. We are now seeking a personal assistant for a 56-year-old man who lives in his own apartment in Västra Frölunda. As a personal assistant, you will be an important support in his daily life. Your tasks will include helping with preparing and clearing food, cleaning, washing dishes, laundry, exercise, personal hygiene, and supervision. A large part of the customer's daily routine consists of exercise and activities. He is interested in sports and participates in, among other things, water aerobics. Therefore, it is an advantage if you also have an interest in sports and feel comfortable participating in exercise and pool activities. The customer has epilepsy. Previous experience with personal assistance or working with people with epilepsy is an advantage, but we place great importance on personal suitability. We are looking for someone who is social, positive, proactive, punctual, and responsible.
