The woman receives assistance during the day and awake night support. What does the job as a personal assistant involve? As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a functional variation. You help with the things in daily life that many take for granted, such as getting dressed, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in recreational activities. You make a big difference and help another person's daily life function. We have clients of different ages and with different functional variations. Your workplace is where the client is located, and the job is both varied and eventful. We believe that contributing every day to enabling a person to live their life as they wish is the world's most important job. Who are we looking for? We are looking for female and engaged personal assistants for a woman in Växjö who lives with a muscle disease. The woman uses a wheelchair and needs help with transfers (lift available), personal hygiene, support during meals, and assistance with support in all aspects of daily life. We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We would like to see that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be exactly the assistant we are looking for. We would like you to: have a genuine interest in helping others. have experience in care and elderly care. have experience in personal assistance or in care and elderly care work, and that you are cheerful, positive, and responsible. be able to understand and make yourself understood in Swedish. have respect for the client's family life; it's a plus if you get along with children as there are children in the home. heavier lifting during transfers occurs, so you should not have any back problems. We offer work during day, evening, weekends, and awake night shifts, and we are looking for both assistants for permanent positions and for hourly employees who can step in as needed.
