Deadline: 3/8/2026 Job Responsibilities: - The Technical Support and Procurement Coordinator is a person who ensures smooth workflow between procurement, metrology, quality control, technical documentation, warehouse, and company management - Provide operational support to the procurement manager and metrologist - In the absence of the procurement manager or metrologist, fully deputize within the scope of delegated responsibilities - In the area of technical documentation, manage, verify, deliver, maintain records, and coordinate documentation - Prepare documentation for potential external processing of technical or drawing documentation - Help maintain smooth procurement, technical, quality, and record-keeping processes - Protect the company from errors caused by incomplete assignments, poor communication, missing records, or failure to perform inspections - Ensure that every process has a responsible person, proper documentation, clear next steps, and traceable records. We Require: - High school diploma with graduation certificate, ideally in technical, mechanical engineering, economics, or operations field. - Experience in mechanical engineering, procurement, quality control, metrology, or technical documentation is a significant advantage. - Knowledge of foundry, mining, or mechanical operations environments is a significant advantage. - Practical knowledge of Premiér IS and Trello is advantageous. It is essential to be able to quickly learn these systems, work consistently in them, and understand that system record-keeping is a fundamental part of the job. - Ability to navigate technical drawings, product parameters, materials, specifications, stock cards, certificates, inspection protocols, and measurement records. - Basic knowledge of the procurement process. - Ability to manage or support inquiries, purchase orders, supplier communication, deadline tracking, delivery verification, and related record-keeping according to Procurement guidelines. - Basic knowledge of metrology, measurement, quality control, and working with nonconformities. - Basic knowledge of technical and drawing documentation. - Ability to prepare technical documentation for external processing. - Ability to verify the completeness and usability of externally supplied technical documentation. - Class B driver's license and active driving experience. - Knowledge of a foreign language is advantageous, especially for communication with suppliers or technical partners.
