We are now seeking a personal assistant for a man in his 30s who needs support with his daily activities. About the Role You will work with a man in his 30s who enjoys music, values social interaction, and thrives with clear routines. He participates in daily activities, and much of your work will take place there, as well as in his home or during various activities such as swimming. He is blind and has limited speech, and communicates instead through his own signals and signs. Your role will be to be attentive, interpret his needs, and provide support in his everyday life. The work also involves personal care and certain household tasks. Who We Are Looking For We believe you are a calm and trustworthy person who can read others and find different ways to communicate. You need to be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as clarity and documentation are important parts of the work. You are a non-smoker and not allergic to pets, as dogs are part of the family. A driver's license and car are an advantage, but not a requirement. Experience with personal assistance, autism, or sign language support is a merit, but we place great emphasis on personality and interpersonal skills.
