A prerequisite for employment is a clean criminal record, education in gastronomy - culinary arts, experience in institutional food service is preferred, active approach, ability to work in a team, independence, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. We are looking for a skilled chef or cook for an established modern restaurant in Plzen who enjoys cooking honest Czech cuisine with a modern twist. The chef/cook actively participates in food preparation and kitchen operations. The role also includes collaboration on daily menu creation, weekend specials, and the permanent menu. You will work in a coordinated team of three chefs, an apprentice, and support staff who handle prep work and dishwashing. A modern, air-conditioned kitchen is available equipped with technologies such as induction cooktops, convection ovens, holding cabinets, and drawer refrigerators. Work is scheduled as short/long weeks (Mon-Thu 8:00-21:30, Fri 8:00-22:30, Sat-Sun 9:30-22:00).
