Job Responsibilities Independent operation and setup of CNC milling centers (HEIDENHAIN). Preparation, correction, and fine-tuning of programs according to technical drawings. Tool setup, workpiece clamping, and monitoring of the machining process. Dimension control of manufactured parts using standard measuring tools. Work in a two-shift operation. Requirements Experience on CNC mills (custom or series production). Knowledge of the HEIDENHAIN system - an advantage, not a requirement (we are happy to train you). Ability to read technical and engineering drawings. Reliability, care, and responsible approach to quality. What We Offer Salary 35,000-65,000 Kč/month depending on experience + performance bonuses. JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION POSITION TITLE: Masker I (work better suited for women - fine motor skills, attention to detail) SALARY AND BENEFITS: ˘ gross monthly salary - 29,600 Kč; ˘ 13th month bonus (divided into two parts); ˘ annual bonus based on company performance (approximately 1 month's salary); ˘ meal allowance 110 Kč/day; ˘ 5 weeks vacation. BASIC JOB DUTIES: Masker I is responsible for preparing products for parylene coating, including cleaning, surface preparation, and masking. After the coating process, the Masker I performs unmasking, product inspection, and preparation for shipment including packaging. May be asked to assist with shipping or receiving customer products and cleaning fixtures. BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY: " following instructions in work instructions, manuals, specifications, and oral instructions; " cleaning and preparing customer products for masking and/or coating using simple procedures; " demonstrated skill in latex masking and unmasking with a scalpel, precise application of masking materials in various ways, use of a stereomicroscope, patterns and templates, successful completion of latex masking test; " masking/unmasking and inspections using methods and means specified in work manuals using small hand tools, microscope, and/or other auxiliary tools; " following instructions regarding handling of devices sensitive to electrostatic discharge; " filling/emptying fixtures and related tasks; " proper inspection, assembly, filling and/or inspection, emptying, cleaning of fixtures.
