You'll have the opportunity to work from home to some extent. Your Qualifications We're looking for a licensed physician with Swedish medical license who aims to specialize in general medicine. The position includes continuous mentoring from our general medicine specialists. You are a strong communicator in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You are skilled at planning, organizing, and prioritizing work efficiently, and success in this role requires flexibility in your approach. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. Our Organization Eriksberg Health Center is located at Västertorg in the Eriksberg district of Uppsala. We have approximately 7,200 registered patients and about 30 employees. We offer most primary care services, and everyone at the health center works to provide our patients with the best possible care. The wide variety of patients—from families with children to elderly patients—creates a stimulating and developmental workplace. The health center is part of the Close Care and Health department in Region Uppsala. Our health centers are located throughout the region. We work with patients, in teams at the health center, and collaborate with colleagues at various levels of care. Eriksberg Health Center is one of two academic health centers in Region Uppsala. This means we are part of an academic primary care center that develops conditions for primary care research and development. Our Operations The Nearby Care Department in Uppsala is located at Kronparksgården in the scenic Ulleråker area and has approximately 60 employees. We have 30 care beds distributed across 2 departments. We primarily care for elderly patients who need inpatient care but do not require the hospital's specialist resources.
