Property Management Officer
Initial contact by email - Hana Kuprova, tel.: +420 724 708 310, e-mail: [email protected] Job Responsibilities: o Responsible for implementing and managing state property regulations and administration; o Responsible for the assigned property agenda of AOPK ČR according to position classification; o Maintains records of all property (tangible and intangible); o Enters data and updates relevant databases, categorizes/decategorizes assets, administers transfers, ensures documentation for asset disposal; o Executes accounting operations on property accounts; o Maintains records of related contracts and orders; o Prepares the offer phase of proceedings including contract proposals according to current requirements, submits for approval and subsequently ensures distribution to relevant departments; o Prepares tender documentation for procurement selection procedures according to internal regulations; o Prepares, processes, and maintains related documentation (e.g., property use agreements, internal materials, forms for state institutions and insurance companies, etc.); o Performs other administrative activities; o Prepares and conducts asset inventory verification if necessary, including final reports; o If needed, cooperates on data collection with regional offices, compares accounting records with actual status, and monitors inventory schedules; o Maintains correspondence and telephone communication with individual departments and regional offices; o Provides methodological guidance to specialist departments and regional offices in fulfilling tasks related to assigned agenda (e.g., repairs, technical asset appraisal); o Executes other specialized work as directed by supervisor in connection with position classification and current workplace needs; o Ensures smooth communication and cooperation within the civil service and regular updates to supervisors; o Actually performs duties in accordance with issued civil service, employment, and legal regulations related to the assigned agenda; o Responsible for completeness and accuracy of administrative activities within assigned duties; o Attends regular meetings and fulfills tasks assigned during meetings; o Completes ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor. Requirements: o Organizational and communication skills; o Experience with asset management and inventory maintenance is preferred; o Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; o Proactivity, independence, and attention to detail; o Experience with government administration agenda is welcome; Education Requirements: o Bachelor's degree from a higher education institution (if education requirement for 11. pay grade is not met, please note credit for prior experience according to § 4 of Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll.); Documents Required for Participation in Selection Procedure: o Structured curriculum vitae.
