Teacher or native language teacher education is desirable, as is experience from educational activities or having otherwise developed strong pedagogical abilities. We would like it if you have the ambition to educate yourself to become a native language teacher if you do not already have that background. It is also important that you have good computer skills if you choose distance learning instruction. For us, it is important that you can meet students based on their different prerequisites. You need to have good social competence and a professional demeanor. You see the work team as an asset for support and experience sharing, while having the ability to independently conduct and take responsibility for your own instruction and related tasks.
