Do you enjoy cleaning and have an eye for detail? We're looking for someone who loves cleaning and making things nice for our hotel guests. You are thorough, have a strong work ethic, and see what needs to be done. You enjoy working independently, are responsible and positive. You are over 18 years old, thorough and punctual, and can work independently. Basic knowledge of Swedish or English is required. Previous experience in hotel work, hotel housekeeping, or facility maintenance is a plus. Your tasks will include cleaning the hotel's common areas and our hotel rooms. Work is normally scheduled during daytime, Monday - Friday, and working hours are flexible. A collective agreement is in place. The time of day when tasks need to be completed is largely flexible and depending on your preferences, the number of hours per day can also be adjusted. Your Role As a student worker in Talent Acquisition, you'll be an important part of our team, primarily supporting our high-volume recruiting efforts where we handle several thousand candidates annually for seasonal and summer positions. You'll work closely with our high-volume recruiting team and have many touchpoints where you contribute to a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process. Your main responsibility will largely be conducting digital interviews. You'll also manage reference checks, maintain ongoing contact with candidates, and support other recruiting-related administrative tasks as needed. This is a brand new role for us, giving you the opportunity to help shape the way we work and develop together with the team while gaining insight into high-volume recruiting. What You Bring We're looking for someone curious about Talent Acquisition who wants to develop skills in competency-based recruiting. To thrive in this role, we believe you're communicative and skilled at building relationships with candidates and colleagues. You feel comfortable interacting with different people, communicate clearly and professionally, and contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process. You work in a structured manner, keep information organized, and can manage multiple tasks in parallel. Since this role is new to us, we also see that you're proactive, take personal responsibility, and contribute ideas that help us develop our way of working. Currently in your second or third year of a personnel/HR program or equivalent higher education Valid driver's license (B category) Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written Recruiting experience (a plus) We'd like you to start as soon as possible and continue working through spring 2027. The position is approximately 5-10 hours per week, though this may vary based on operational needs. While the work can be done remotely to some extent, you'll need to be able to be on-site at one of our locations in Gällivare, Kiruna, or Luleå when needed.
