Information Security Strategist

Description The Security Unit is part of the Property, Support & Service administration and is included in the administration's office function. In our mission, we also support the Supply Administration as subject matter experts. The unit currently consists of 9 employees who work as experts in security, security protection, information security, fire, crisis, continuity, and civil defense. Our administrations' mission is to support operations that have a critical and nationally important function. Several of the operations we support also conduct security-sensitive activities. We use a large amount of different IT systems and information volumes that enable our mission. Working with information security is therefore important in order to assess risks and implement the right security measures. Work Tasks We are in an exciting development phase and have many new projects and challenges ahead of us. Our services and our knowledge in security, fire and risk are in demand and we therefore need to strengthen our team with an experienced and committed information security strategist who can drive and develop our information security work. As an employee with us, you work in a dynamic role where one day you work with strategic tasks and the next day you are out in the operation as operational support. Your role will be central in anchoring information security as a natural part of our joint work and our operations, which have very broad scope. This means that you drive and lead knowledge dissemination across the entire organization through close cooperation and collaboration with our various operational areas. You work actively in and can lead the different analysis stages that are part of information security work. In your role, you are also responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with the Region Västra Götaland's overarching information security framework, including methodological support. The work tasks include, among other things: You drive and lead the implementation of information classifications, risk analyses and requirements specification Conduct continuous environmental monitoring of new regulations affecting information security, threats and vulnerabilities, and report these to the Security Manager Contribute to the development of the administration's security strategic goals with associated risk analyses and continuity planning Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's overall information security work Conduct risk analyses and security assessments of systems, processes and suppliers You report directly to the Security Manager. Qualifications We are looking for you who have relevant higher education, vocational college or university education in information security, or equivalent competence that the employer deems equivalent. You have good experience and understanding of information security work and data protection, which includes information classification and risk analyses as well as systematic information security work. You are familiar with MSB's methodological support for information security and the General Data Protection Regulation. Work with management systems in accordance with the SS-ISO/IEC 27000 series as well as good technical system understanding are merits, and we would like to see that you have previous experience of consultative work. As a person, you are stable and well-organized and act in a way that builds trust. You enjoy switching between different tasks and assignments and can reprioritize when needed. We believe you have good analytical and pedagogical abilities and contribute to a good collaborative climate. For this position, a very good ability to express yourself well in Swedish orally and in writing is required. Description Department 31 conducts highly specialized reconstructive plastic surgery. Reconstructive plastic surgery aims to recreate tissue and/or function following cancer, trauma, burns, and birth defects, as well as gender-affirming procedures. Plastic surgery is a surgical technical specialty that is not limited to a particular organ or tissue. The indications are often of a psychosocial nature with the goal of restoring the patient to as normal an appearance or functionality as possible given the circumstances. Your Responsibilities As a nursing assistant with us, you will have varied, exciting, and responsible work where you get to work with patients undergoing reconstructive plastic surgery. Almost all of our surgery is planned, and you will help nurses receive patients preoperatively, prepare them for surgery, and then care for patients postoperatively. Your major responsibility as a nursing assistant is the daily care of our patients, but since our patients have undergone surgery, they often have large wound areas that need to be dressed, and great emphasis is placed on how wounds are managed. Approximately 25 employees will work in the service. The target group is children and young people with complex psychiatric and social comorbidity, often with experience of care breakdown, repeated placements, and serious mental health issues. The service area covers the entire Västra Götaland Region. Initially, the service focuses on adolescents placed in SiS homes, but placement in HVB homes and within the Prison and Probation Service is also planned. The unit belongs to the operational area Neurology and Psychiatry for Children at Sahlgrenska University Hospital, within the section Child and Adolescent Psychiatric 24-Hour Care and Specialty Clinics. We are looking for someone interested in working with children and youth up to 18 years old with diagnoses such as autism, intellectual disability (ID), cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophies, hereditary metabolic disorders, spina bifida, acquired brain injuries, genetic syndromes, etc. Our specialty is understanding what symptoms these diagnoses can cause and preventing and treating them. The position is located within Habilitation for Children and Youth in Gothenburg, placed at the Hisingen clinic. Patients are distributed among one autism/ID clinic and two movement disorder clinics. Patients with autism/ID belong to the Hisingen clinic. As a dietitian, you will have comprehensive knowledge of all patient groups as we collaborate and distribute resources based on needs. You will work in a multidisciplinary team with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social workers, psychologists, speech therapists, and special educators. Within Habilitation for Children and Youth, we work with the whole picture around the patient together with other professions. You will be able to work independently with assessments, nutritional treatment, and counseling for the patient and people around the patient. The work is primarily directed toward patients with underweight, malnutrition, growth deviations, and eating difficulties due to functional disability. Many of the patients have a gastrostomy, so experience with enteral nutrition is advantageous. The work is varied. Habilitation offers interventions individually or in groups. Interventions are provided directly to the patient or indirectly to relatives and/or staff in the patient's immediate environment. You will be offered an introduction period and collegial supervision. You will be part of a professional group within Habilitation in the Västra Götaland Region and will participate with other dietitians in, among other things, regular professional meetings.
