Inmates also have the opportunity to participate in vocational training in kitchen work (institutional/restaurant). This position is based at Asptuna Prison. About the position You will be responsible for the registration and documentation of inmates' belongings and their storage during the sentence. Your duties will also include coordination of orders, decisions regarding possession, investigation of loss reports, invoice handling, and receipt of goods. You will work in close cooperation with other functions within the operational area. Your duties will include responsibility for managing inmates' stored belongings and personal items during their sentences, coordination of purchases and orders, invoice handling, receipt and inspection of goods, and administration and decision-making regarding the possession and forfeiture of prohibited items. Your duties will also include handling loss reports, registration in the warehouse system, and responsibility for staff uniforms. Organizational skills are a must as you are responsible for maintaining and keeping the truck clean and in good condition. The warehouse work that occurs every week also requires organizational skills and organizational ability. Since you are the face of the company to customers, you must be professional with clean clothes, clear and friendly communication with customers. Customer service skills are a major requirement. You work Monday through Friday from 08:45 - 17:15, but you work until the day's tasks are completed, which may involve overtime. Approximately 6 Saturdays per year you also work. 2 years of driving experience with a Class B license is required. Employment will be filled as soon as possible. Your main responsibility will be transporting wheels between our workshops. Driving a light-duty truck with a tail lift, changing tires, and lifting tires are the primary tasks. You'll operate from our warehouse in Täby and drive to our workshop in Vasastan. This is a seasonal position.
