This is not a position as head of the entire warehouse, but rather an operations lead position in the order picking department. Job responsibilities: organizing and distributing work to order picking employees, coordinating order picking and shipment preparation, controlling correctness, completeness, and quality of prepared materials, oversight of adherence to work procedures and deadlines, resolving routine operational issues, training and supporting team members, cooperation with warehouse management and other departments, working with warehouse management system and routine administration related to operations.
