In this role, you'll work with incoming and outgoing deliveries as well as internal transports. You'll also be responsible for booking these shipments. You'll ensure that received goods are entered into Monitor and unloaded to the designated location. Ramp Coordinator – Stockholm Arlanda Airport
Aircraft Stand Parking, part of the operational operations team that provides minute-to-minute services at Stockholm Arlanda and Bromma Airports, is responsible for planning and coordinating aircraft parking and managing passenger flows in accordance with airport regulations. We are now looking for a new colleague who wants to contribute to smooth and efficient airport operations at Stockholm Arlanda and Bromma Airports. What does the role involve? As a Ramp Coordinator, you are an important part of the minute-to-minute operations at the airport. You plan and coordinate aircraft parking and gate assignments, and continuously monitor what is happening in air traffic. When conditions change, for example due to delays, changed aircraft movements, or if a gate becomes unavailable, you need to be able to quickly analyze the situation, prioritize, and find a working solution. You work in several digital systems simultaneously and coordinate information between internal and external stakeholders. You therefore need to be able to handle large amounts of information, quickly switch between different tasks, and make well-informed decisions even when the pace is high. At the same time, it is important that you work in a structured manner and ensure that information is correct and that applicable regulations and procedures are followed. Since the airport is an operation that runs 24/7, 365 days a year, you work on a shift basis and also on standby. This means varying working hours but also provides a working day where no two days are quite the same. Who are you? To succeed in this role, you need: Very good knowledge of Swedish and English as you will read and interpret regulations and instructions and ensure that information is communicated correctly Good computer skills and ease in learning new digital systems and working digitally. The Airport Operations Staff supports China Eastern Airlines' daily flight operations, passenger-service activities and belly cargo handling at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. As a Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Manager, you play a crucial role in Swedavia's work to ensure the operational safety and function of water and wastewater facilities in a sustainable and cost-effective manner. You will become part of the strategic infrastructure management team where you, together with colleagues, operational activities, and process management, drive long-term improvements for Swedavia's airports. The position is based at Arlanda, but travel to Swedavia's other airports may occur a few times per year based on operational needs. What does the role entail? As a Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Manager, you are responsible for managing and developing the airport's water and wastewater facilities and ensuring that we meet the requirements of our environmental permit. The facilities handle wastewater, stormwater, drinking water, process water, and glycol-contaminated stormwater. The role will mainly focus on stormwater and drinking water. Work in other areas, such as wastewater, may occur. Your work will include: investigating and planning the need for operational and renewal measures. developing management plans for time periods of 1–20 years. acting as requirements setter and reviewer in development projects. providing support to our project managers carrying out our development projects through facility expertise. acting as a contact for water and wastewater matters with both internal and external stakeholders.
