Education and Experience o Secondary education with high school diploma (ideally in economics or technical field) o Experience from a manufacturing company or background in sales administration, back office, or similar position welcome Technical Skills o MS Office (Excel, Outlook) at an advanced level o Ability to work with technical documentation (ability to read 2D drawings) - advantageous o Knowledge of POHODA accounting system or similar ERP system is a big plus Communication and Language Skills o Very good communication in Czech - ability to conduct professional interactions with customers and suppliers o English at A2/B1 level - primarily for written communication (emails, documentation) Personal Qualities o Attention to detail when processing inquiries/orders o Independence and ability to organize your own work o Proactive approach to task management o Pleasant and professional demeanor o Analytical thinking What do we offer?
