SELECTION PROCESS - pursuant to §4, 6 and 7 of Act No. 312/2002 Coll., on officials of territorial self-governing units, as amended, for the position of administrative officer (m/f) of the Municipal Office Dolany, Kladno district, with a part-time contract. Administrative worker of the municipal office who will perform the function of administrative officer, workplace Municipal Office Dolany, Dolany 35, Kladno district. Work on a part-time basis only, 0.5 position in the scope of 20 hours per week. The municipality also welcomes applications from candidates who are students of universities or higher vocational schools in related fields of study or are recent graduates of secondary schools. Experience in public administration is not required. Applicants will be provided with training and professional guidance necessary for performing the job. The only condition is completion of secondary education with a school-leaving examination. The employee may schedule their working hours according to their needs and by agreement with their supervisor, in morning, afternoon, and evening hours, while respecting the established weekly working hours and fulfilling work obligations. The exception is Monday and Wednesday, when the employee is required to be physically present at the workplace during office hours, i.e. from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. In exceptional and justified cases, it is possible, after prior agreement with other employees and ensuring the smooth operation of the municipal office, to exceptionally skip personal presence during office hours. This applies in particular to situations such as doctor visits, fulfilling study obligations (e.g. exams), handling urgent personal matters, or other similar reasons. The condition is that sufficient staff presence at the municipal office must always be ensured during office hours. Salary classification according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., as amended: salary class 8, with the level determined by the length of credited experience. If the accepted candidate will also provide CERTIFICATION AND LEGALIZATION services (document and signature verification) for the municipal office, it is possible to reclassify them to salary class 9. In this case, the candidate must hold a certificate according to §14 of Act No. 21/2006 Coll. on verifying the conformity of a copy or transcript with a document and verifying the authenticity of a signature and amending certain laws (Document Verification Act) or must acquire the appropriate qualification during the employment relationship. Reclassification to salary class 9 is possible only after meeting the requirements of the aforementioned act. Based on work results and in accordance with applicable legislation, there is an expectation of a personal bonus and other salary benefits after the probation period.
