We have provided psychiatric care since 1977. We thus have extensive experience working with people in need of psychiatric and social care. Since 2006, we have specialized in support and care for people with dual diagnoses (comorbidities). We work with contact persons (KP). As a contact person, you are responsible for planning and follow-up of residents' services based on an implementation plan. Daily planning is conducted for activities of daily living, activities, transportation, and motivational conversations. In treatment work, we primarily apply the MI method. The conversation method aims to promote motivation and behavioral change. We place great emphasis on respectful treatment and use the Low-Arousal Approach, which is based on a humanistic view of people. This means that people who may easily become emotionally dysregulated can maintain self-control regardless of the situation.
