We are seeking a Workplace Testing Coordinator with administration, sample collection, training, recruitment, and coordination as main responsibilities. Administration related to sample collection • Sample result administration • Administer new hire tests • Ongoing documentation in customer database regarding case progress. Clearly document where in the process the sample collection matter stands and upcoming activities. • Ensure customer information is current and communicate to relevant parties. • Ensure that agreed-upon tests are carried out with assigned customers. • Ensure correct invoicing of workplace tests. Invoicing occurs ongoing, weekly, and monthly. • Direct deviating workplace tests to MRO (Medical Review Officer) for further handling. • Follow our existing processes for all matters and report any deviations that occur. Training • Training, follow-up, and evaluation of subcontractors and our own collector network. • Ensure that the collector network has relevant sample collection materials.
